Through this journey, you will release emotional blocks such as fear and overwhelm, enabling you to gain a revitalized perspective on life.

Here's a breakdown of what you can expect during your sessions:

1. Understanding and Assessment: Andrea begins by understanding your beliefs, values, goals, and challenges. Through open dialogue and assessment, she gains insight into your personal journey and where you aspire to be.

2. Goal Setting: Together, you will establish clear and achievable goals. These goals could include developing mindfulness practices, enhancing self-love compassion and acceptance, releasing limited beliefs or harsh critical thinking, deepening a connection with your inner guidance system (intuition), and finding more purpose, passion and meaning out of life.

3. Guidance and Support: Andrea will tailor sessions to support your individual needs in each unique chapter of your journey. This may involve teaching various practices such as meditation, intention-setting, visualization, and others. She also offers healing modalities such as Sound Healing, Reiki Energy Healing and Breathwork to help you navigate challenges and obstacles along your path.

4. Empowerment: Through support and encouragement, Andrea helps you tap into your inner wisdom and strength. She facilitates a self-discovery journey, empowering you to make conscious and intentional choices aligned with your values and goals. You can live an authentic life that fits YOUR genuine needs!

6. Holistic Approach: Recognizing the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit, Andrea takes a holistic approach to coaching. She addresses not only spiritual aspects, but also physical, emotional, and mental well-being to support overall balance and harmony in her client’s life.
